Refund and Returns Policy
At drvincent.online, we provide online transpersonal consultations, not physical products. As such, traditional return policies do not apply. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we do offer refunds in specific cases.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have not yet attended your scheduled consultation
- The consultation was not scheduled or delivered due to our error
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the consultation
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed consultations
- Missed appointments without prior notice (at least 24 hours)
- Change of mind after service has been delivered
Please note: As this is a personal service, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@drvincent.online with:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- Order number (if available)
- Reason for the request
Our team will respond within 3 business days and let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again
- Contact your payment provider (e.g., bank or credit card company)
- Still no luck? Contact us at support@drvincent.online
Gifted Consultations
If the consultation was purchased as a gift, only the original purchaser is eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly to resolve the situation.
