Refund and Returns Pol­i­cy

At drvincent.online, we pro­vide online transper­son­al con­sul­ta­tions, not phys­i­cal prod­ucts. As such, tra­di­tion­al return poli­cies do not apply. How­ev­er, we under­stand that unfore­seen cir­cum­stances may arise and we do offer refunds in spe­cif­ic cas­es.

You may request a refund with­in 30 days of your pur­chase. After 30 days have passed, we unfor­tu­nate­ly can’t offer a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eli­gi­ble for a refund if:

  • You have not yet attend­ed your sched­uled con­sul­ta­tion
  • The con­sul­ta­tion was not sched­uled or deliv­ered due to our error
  • You expe­ri­enced a tech­ni­cal issue that pre­vent­ed you from access­ing the con­sul­ta­tion

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Com­plet­ed con­sul­ta­tions
  • Missed appoint­ments with­out pri­or notice (at least 24 hours)
  • Change of mind after ser­vice has been deliv­ered

Please note: As this is a per­son­al ser­vice, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, con­tact us at support@drvincent.online with:

  • Your name
  • Date of pur­chase
  • Order num­ber (if avail­able)
  • Rea­son for the request

Our team will respond with­in 3 busi­ness days and let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your orig­i­nal pay­ment method. Please allow sev­er­al busi­ness days for the trans­ac­tion to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or pay­ment account again
  2. Con­tact your pay­ment provider (e.g., bank or cred­it card com­pa­ny)
  3. Still no luck? Con­tact us at support@drvincent.online

Gifted Consultations

If the con­sul­ta­tion was pur­chased as a gift, only the orig­i­nal pur­chas­er is eli­gi­ble for a refund. Please con­tact us direct­ly to resolve the sit­u­a­tion.
